T O P I C R E V I E WCappi112This has been confusing for me across threads I've read, because I keep hearing conflicting things. I keep hearing that whatever VENUS touches in the other person's chart makes that person feel more enamored/ in love in some way. But then I hear that it's the outer planet hitting someone's VENUS that makes the VENUS person feel more in love. So which is it? Is there a basic rule?In my current synastry, I am VALENTINE exactly conjunct his VENUS. His valentine veerryyy weidely conjunct my venus too, but too widely to count, tbh. According to most threads, this would make me the more adoring of the two of us (but when I am with him, I feel more adored than I've ever felt with another person). I feel him 'melt'.I am VENUS is almost exactly trining his PLUTO. (His pluto does not aspect my venus). I keep hearing this means that I am the more in love of the two of us.His VENUS aspects: my Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, conjuncts my Saturn, and positively aspects my Uranus and Neptune. My VENUS aspects his Pluto, as discussed, and then just his Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Chiron. What I feel from him is a relentless kind of love. I never doubt the depth of his love for me. But confused by the theories out there about this. Our composite is powerful, packed first house full of major planets (Sun, Venus, Mars, Moon, etc). Vertex in the 7th. Grand trine, etc.But just curious about our synastry and if it looks like I am the more in love....AubyanneWhen you say 'packed 1H', you don't mean most of the composite chart is there, right?Cappi112No, just a lot of good positive energy in the 1st house. I would have to draw up the rest of that chart to elaborate, but my question is more re: the synastry chart here. From what I recall the composite has stellium (and more) in the 1st house (Sun - venus conjunction, neptune, mercury, and our composite Valentine is conjunct sun and venus in that house as well). 2nd house holds Mars, which grand trines with Sun(and Valentine, which is exactly on the sun) and Pluto in the 10th. Our true node is in the 4th house. Moon in 9th but rules our 7th house. The composite has tons of trines and sextiles, with lotttsss of strong Jupiter energy and more flowing Saturn aspects. The grand trine involving pluto and mars makes me a little wary I suppose, but I believe that energy can also inspire us both to work at it with the other positive aspects. Re: the 1st house crowdedness, he and I have both dropped into conversations that we don't feel fully like ourselves without one another. Life makes a lot less sense when he's not in it. Anyway, but the Synastry is what confuses me I guess, if there's any insight on that??His Natal Venus is conjunct our composite AC, and is very close to conjuncting that stellium in the 1st.... maybe I should look more into those comparisons right now.Cappi112Another thing about our synastry:My south node conjuncts his AC exactly. So, my North Node conjuncts his DC exactly. His south node conjuncts my Juno and POF. His north node is exactly trining my Saturn(0 degrees). I cannot count the number of times he has said "I want you in my life. I feel like you were made for me." Usually when I was pulling away somehow. When we got back together once he said, and I quote: "I miss having you in my life. I miss leaning on you for support." I guess I attribute that to the saturn trine here. starmoonyou're talking about a personal planet - venus - touching an outer planet (pluto). inner planets always hold more significance. so, make of that what you want. it's not beneficial in synastry to play a "who loves who more" game because you have to see an entire chart to know how various houses and planets interact and are positioned both in the natal and the synastry. typically a planet is affected by things more, but if someone has pluto as a chart ruler, or pluto on their asc., or scorpio moon, or etc. it can change a dynamic completely.yungang_grottoHis Natal Venus conjunct your composite Ascendant is a beautiful aspect. He would indeed feel very devoted to you/the relationship, identify his love nature with it strongly. Venus/Ascendant is very strong, even lacking other significant aspects it can bring a lot of appreciation/adoration. It is even more solid when it's the composite Ascendant in my opinion.Neptune29My sun, Mercury, Juno trines my husband's Venus, my Uranus conjuncts his Venus, my mars, Jupiter squares his Venus,. My Venus do not have a major pisitive aspect with his personal planets.I always feel that he loves me more.So If we consider the positive aspects against Venus logically..Sun - you will find the core personality of that person attractive Ascendent - you will love the way he presents himself.Moon- his emotional nature will attract you or compatible to youMars- he will be too hot for youJupiter - you will find him lucky and feel happy with himMercury - intellectual attraction and you love the way he communicates Neptune- too romantic Pluto- he will transform you and you will love the transformation Uranus - attraction towards his uniqueness and unusualness Trines and sextiles are sweet from the beginning. Oppositions will rake time to balance the planetssquares will test the relationship hard but if you can sustain will give the same results.Cappi112Awesome info, thanks guys.Well, truthfully, it's never beneficial to ask who loves whom more - I just keep seeing this topic brought up in threads and noted the discrepancy I kept seeing, which led me to analyze my own current relationship. This relationship, for me, has been fairy-tale level beautiful. Most of my life is very practical, silly, grounded. This central relationship in my life has unarmed me constantly. When I am with him, he wraps me up in his arms almost the entire time and treats me like something very precious - I always feel adored. Sometimes the intensity from him has caused me to retreat or feel very afraid; but every time Ive been afraid he has reminded me that 'love is a more powerful thing.'I don't doubt he loves and adores me - but I wondered about these aspects I was seeing. And I would say that no matter what happens with him I love him unconditionally.yungang_grottoSounds like you've got a good thing goin!Cappi112Biggest love of my life so far, but it has also been very painful. Our synastry is much tougher than our composite. My natal chart is primarily trines and sextiles, with hard aspects usually being conjunctions. He has had a very painful life, an extremely abusive upbringing, his family immigrated to the US from Turkey and he has had to abandon the family recently to escape an arranged marriage. He's trying to reconcile with the family now, but they scare me tremendously (and disapprove of me I am sure). He was also cheated on in the majority of his previous relationships. The concept of TRUST for him is laughable - he just doesn't give it easily to anyone. His natal chart has extreme squares and oppositions. SO our natal has some heavy saturn squares we have had to work with... BUT it also has a good amount of jupiter and the aforementioned aspects as well. Our composite, I think, is what keeps winning us both back. We both have had to really move on from the past in order to give it a shot. But a lot of work is still needed.Cappi112sorry meant our synastry* not natal, has squares
